Retrieve Data From Cell Based in Array Based on LARGE Function

The jist of what I'm trying to do is rank a set of items automatically based on a score they're given. It's for a personal evaluation of students, so in field C6 it will add their name, and in D6 the score. D6 contains the previous formula. I've set it up to rank the scores already with the formula: =LARGE($G$13:$L$13,B6), B6 and down being the number in the list. It works very well. I'm having issues with retrieving the name from the field in which the scores are tied to. An example would be...

Best Solution to Archive Large Amounts of Data

looking for advice on the best way to archive large amounts of video files away from my machine. i have been considering a large external drive (4-5TB) for this but not sure sure if its the best option. If the drive is not turned on/used for a period of time will the data be lost or corupt or what sort of time frame does data have on unused drives? the reason i cant just simply add more drives is because i want to archive file from 2-3 machines.   this isnt a backup as such, these are old p...

Grouping large amounts of data

Hello all! I'm not sure if what I'm wanting is even possible to do, but I figured it didn't hurt to ask! I have an excel spreadsheet with a ton of different sales data. It displays all orders that had a sale price of over $1000. However, it is currently a bit of a mess so I'm trying to clean it up and have it look as user friendly as possible. I've attached a sample, imagine that but much, much larger. What I'd like to do is collapse lines that show multiple products that were ordered in a sin...

Turbo using large amounts of Data

Ever since I've had my Turbo, I've noticed I've been using large amounts of data. In fact, I've gone over my data. I was credited 15 dollars by a nice rep for the first overage and now I'm about to go over another gig. I've never gone over 2gigs of data before and I can't increase data because I'm on the 60 2gig unlimited talk/text plan. I talk with a rep tonight, and she informed me, that she's gotten complaints about Droids doing this in the past. I...

Why is contacts showing large amounts of cache data?

I was clearing up my phone because webster dictionary showed "not enough space, try again later" or something like that. I went in storage and it showed 2 GB free but under cache data it showed 38.28 GB in use. So I went under AVG to find out what what showing the false amount and it said "contacts". My phone only has 16 GB so I know it's a false amount. It's never done this before. Anyone know what would make this happen? Screenshot_2015-01-03-23-45-17.jpg ...

Real-time games move very small amounts of data in milliseconds? Really?

Charlie Hauser at Riot Games states "Real-time games move very small amounts of data in milliseconds".   My take: I thought real time games had to update a lot of data in that short amount of time. Every user running the client needs their moving character to be updated(their position, their animation frame, animation texture changes ) same applies to their character projectiles, game logic etc.   Seems like a whole lot of data being passed through the traffic on their network, right? ...

PS4 downloading large amounts of unknown data

From time to time, the ps4 starts downloading god knows what for long periods of time. Maxing out my slow internet connection to download unknown content. It's not game patch download, it's not game save uploads. The options to auto download feature content is disabled. Auto upload game saves to PS+ disabled. There is literally NOTHING in downloads list going on, and yet there are times ps4 literally downloads for a good hour or two with no explanation. I have very slow internet where I live and...
