### Why is the Braking Coefficient - Slip curve of this shape?

Hi all, I want to know the why the Braking force coefficient is increasing first and then decreasing with respect to wheel slip. I attached the graph for your reference...

### [Math] Arc length of a curve (help) on Kerbal Space Program

Okay, so I've got a bunch of questions to do with hyperbolic functions, arc lengths and surface areas of revolution. I'm stuck on the final question, it's an integration that I have no idea how to even start... I know the arc length as an integral, but I'm having trouble actually integrating it... My y' was 2√(a2 + x2), which is definitely correct as the first part of the question was to show that. L = (integral) [ √(1 + 4a2 + 4x2) ] The limits are 1 and 0, but I don't even know how to integr...

### Append existing shape/curve

Hello all! :) Ive been taking X10 for a spin ( trial ) and so far am very impressed. Was using Coral before. Feels like a breath of fresh air! My question: I want to be able to draw a shape, but instead of adding the shapes in a new shape layer, I want it to be appended to an existing curve. As it stands, it seems the only way I can do this is by creating the shapes seperatly\and then joining them. Is there any way to append an existing shape directly? Thanks for your time ...
