Need chiller for a 4 feet planted tank?

My current 4 feet rimless planted tank is running with a chiller set at 25.5 c.

Temp of water direct from tap: 32c
Temp reading of 12 litres of water in a container taken after 3 hours : 30 c

Can I run my tank without a chiller?
I think the fish and shrimps will do fine. But I don't know about plants.

Can the members here give some points on what are the cons and pros.
Thank you.:)

Good mix of top, bottom fish for planted aquarium for a 2 feet tank.

Most hobbyist would have a school of tetra in their planted aquarium and they are mostly mid water swimmers. What would be your recommendation for: 1. top swimmers that don't normally leap out of the tank 2. bottom swimmers that would not uproot plants like HC. 3. both 1 and 2 should be slow swimmers that do not continuous dart all over the place like zebra danios. (My experience watching them in a school of cardinal tetra was so stressful.):( 4. all the above should not grow too big for a 2 fee...
